Child Protection Services
Through our work in child protection, resilience and risk reduction, we places the safety and well-being of children at the centre of our programming.
This is done through:
- Interim Care and Tracing and Reunification (IDTR): Interim care for unaccompanied and separated children (UASC) while working to trace and reunify them with their families.
- Support for Unaccompanied and Separated Children (UASC): Specialized services including temporary care, psychosocial support, and assistance with education and health services.
- Child-Friendly Spaces (CFS): Safe environments for children to play, learn, and receive psychosocial support.
- Interventions for Children at Risk: Targeted interventions and case management for children at risk of abuse, neglect, and exploitation.
- Educational Programs: Providing access to learning materials, school supplies, and safe learning environments.
